Injuries heal, Yong 'refugees' to Bogor

Injury that befell Arema FC striker, Yong Aribowo already started to improve. Next week, former player Persik Kediri was able to lead a normal practice with U-23 national team.
Yong has joined the national team with 19 players U-23 national team in the Field, Senayan, Monday, January 24, 2011. This is a prime training for players who prepared for the Pre Olympics in 2012.
In practice this morning, Yong still undergoing training separately from the other players. Players are also strengthening the senior national team at AFF Cup 2010 that only light training on the sidelines.
"My condition is better. Next week, most likely already be part of joint exercises with other players," said Yong told reporters after practice, Monday, January 24, 2011.
Yong previously suffered a knee injury after defending senior national team at AFF Cup 2010. As a result of the injury, Yong even have to undergo surgery in the Hospital Preparedness, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta.
To speed up kepulihannya, new players aged 21 years was too diligent in therapy after surgery. One of them through a fitness program she lived in Bogor, West Java, last week.
"I stayed at the hotel Braja Mustika, Bogor and fitness training with physiotherapist M Yanizar," Yong said after the workout.
He said his left knee condition was getting better. However, players born in Tulungagung, 23 November 1989 had not yet dared to push to join the normal practice with other colleagues.
"The injuries I've started a lot of progress. Physiotherapist said the national team, I probably can go normal training next week. Today, living just a little sore," said Yong.
Yong was one of four senior national team players who automatically qualified for the U-23 national team. Three other players are Kurnia Meiga (Arema), Johan Juansyah (Persijap) and Oktovianus Maniani (Sriwijaya FC).
