Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho opens door for return of Ruud van Nistelrooy into the Santiago Bernabeu. The Dutch striker is one of the candidate substitute Gonzalo Higuain.
Madrid director Jorge Valdano, saying his team was looking for a substitute Higuain to be absent in a long time because of injury. Among a series of candidates who have, Nistelrooy is one of them.
Van Nistelrooy is a Dutch striker who took part in Real Madrid's La Liga title success mempetahankan 2007 and 2008. Currently 34-year-old striker played for Hamburger SV.
'A lot of names that have been discussed and they can only help us,' says Mourinho respond to opportunities comback Nistelrooy.
"If in the end Ruud, then I am very pleased. We know the time in England, when I was just at Chelsea. I know he's got good skill and personality. I am very happy if indeed he is," said Mou.
However, Mou did not want to be careless in getting Nistelrooy. The Portuguese coach admits that they respect the contract of former Manchester United player was with Hambuerger SV.
"Today he (Van Nistelrooy) is a Hamburg player and we should cherish it. I do not want to talk Nistelrooy. For those of you (media) it was easy. I have to appreciate Hamburg," he concluded.
