Indonesia's national team coach U-23, Alfred Riedl actually pleased with the large number of players who joined the selection phase II. Selection U-23 national team players followed 29 players in the Field PSSI, Senayan Jakarta, began this morning, Tuesday, January 11, 2011 until Wednesday. This amount is 10 players more than the selection of Phase I, 7-9 January 2011.
"Players who join the second stage of selection is better than the first. My first impression, there's no bad players. All solid," Riedl said after practice in the morning. "Communication between players or antarpemain me with no problem. Football has a universal language. There is no difficulty."
Selection II was followed by 29 players, including four goalkeepers. It is also enlivened by the descendants of Dutch player, Ruben Wuarbanaran. Unfortunately, Riedl did not want to comment on this one player. Austria coach is apparently not mengistimewakannya.
"I do not want to talk about one player only. All the same," said Riedl.
Maybe Riedl not want to repeat the selection I. At that time, two foreign players: James Zaidan Saragih (U.S. passports) and Andrew Bitar (France) plus a player who studied at the English club, Arthur Irawan, failed to pass the selection.
