FIFA Will Apply Line Technology Hurdles

FIFA plans to implement the goal line technology at the World Cup 2014 in Brazil. Before use, FIFA president Sepp Blatter will advance to socialize the technology.

Blatter mention, Technology Line Hurdles to detect the goal was very important applied as an effort to help referees improve accuracy when making decisions, and the efforts for the events that occurred in the World Cup 2010 do not happen again.

At that time England disadvantaged by not endorsed Frank Lampard's goal, whereas in the show on television, it became clear Lampard's ball had crossed the goal line. However, the referee declared the goal was not legitimate because the ball was outside the goal line. As a result, the Three Lions lost from Germany in round of 16.

"I think in 2012 we will have a system which could detect had occurred goals or not. At this point, the tool will be introduced for the World Cup 2014," Blatter said was quoted as FIFA pages.

Through these technologies will be known with certainty whether there has been scored or not. Before the referee took the decision, he must see the video footage.

"Reflecting the injustice suffered by the British, I think this is necessary we are also debating whether the technology is feasible or not in football," Blatter said.
