Ancelotti Not Want Chelsea overhauled

Chelsea coach, Carlo Ancelotti thinking Chealsea team did not need to be overhauled on the transfer market next summer. According to him, the Blues only need a few changes just to compete in next season.

Chesela threatened without any title this season. Once knocked out of the 2010/11 Champions League, opportunities Didier Drogba and friends to reach the Premier League title is also fairly small.

Understandably at this time Chelsea are still locked in third place with 61 points from 32 match with or the difference 9 points from league leaders Manchester United who has appeared as many as 33 times.

These conditions make Ancelotti position threatened. The same fate was experienced by some of the pillars of Chelsea, as striker Didier Drogba, Nicolas Anelka, and Jose Bosingwa.

All three are still not offered a new contract even though the duration of the contract will expire the end of next season. The same condition also experienced by John Terry, Michael Essien, John Obi Mikel, Salamon Kalou and Frank Lampard.

"I'm not sure there will be a massive change in the summer because we just buy important players in January, like David Luiz and Fernando Torres," said Ancelotti.

Responding to the age of the players who've stepped on the head three, Ancelotti also not affected. "After age 30, you can use your experience to the highest level," he said.

"I think football is not only physical, football is not only technique. Football is also the experience and ability to organize yourself to be a professional," he continued.

"As your age increases, your professionalism will also be developed each time-if you're smart enough. Chelsea populated by players with a high level of intelligence," he concluded.
