KN Attitude About KP Not Considered Final

Attitude Normalisai Committee (KN) to keep the function as the Select Committee considered not represent the institution. The decision is considered legitimate only when it was decided by the plenary meeting.

Thus expressed by Vice Chairman Election Committee version PSSI Congress, April 14, 2011, Wisnu Wardana. Wisnu even blamed the decision was simply a personal attitude Normalization Committee Chairman, Agum Gumelar.

"Apparently Agum still more inclined towards the FIFA decision. But that's personal opinion. Therefore, we ask to do Plenary Normalization Committee to determine the attitude," Wisnu, Monday, April 25, 2011.

This statement was delivered Wisnu addressing the outcome of the meeting Normalization Committee and Election Committee version PSSI Congress, this afternoon, Monday, April 25, 2011. The meeting was held in the office of PSSI, Senayan, Jakarta.

After the meeting, Agum said he would continue performing their duties in accordance with the FIFA instructions. One is to take over the task ahead of Election Committee Congress of PSSI, May 20, 2011.

Wisnu emphatically reject this decision.  Persebaya Chairmaneven accuse FIFA has violated the rules for placing task Election Committee in the Normalization Committee.

"There is no legal basis, that the Normalization Committee as decision over PSSI tasks concurrently Selection Committee. This violates the Statute of the PSSI article 3 verse 2 which contains in any situation, Selection Committee should not be held by EXCO PSSI" said Wisnu.

Wisnu reiterated his side would continue to perform duties as the Election Committee because it has been determined by Congress. "The selection committee still go ahead" said Wisnu.

"We will continue to walk the path of law. Therefore we also do not agree there is a rival congress, we condemn it," he concluded.
