Brazil 3-2 Portugal

JAC Sport News, Colombia - After going through a grueling match, Brazil finally won the U-20 World Cup after beating Portugal in the final held at the Nemesio Camacho stadium, Bogotá, Colombia, Sunday, August 21, 2011.

Brazil won with a score of 3-2. Earned a 3-2 victory over the extension of time after the normal time runs 2-2.

When the game has been running four minutes, Brazil has been scored goal by Júnior Oscar Dos Santos Emboaba. Oscar goals scored from outside the penalty kick as hard.

However, the superiority of Brazil did not last long. Portugal is able to equalize for a 1-1 goal by Alex in the 8th minute.

In the second half, Portugal surprisingly capable of winning goal in minute 58 by Nelson Castro Oliveira. Oliveira hard kick could not reach by the Brazil goalkeeper, Gabriel Ferreira Vasconelos.

Conceded again, Brazil is not standing still. Brazil directly enhance the attack. Finally, in the 77th minute Oscar again tore into the Portuguese wicket guarded by Mika. 2-2 score lasted until the normal time.


In the extra time, Brazil finally sealed victory after a 111-minute Oscar again showed his prowess with the re-scored his third goal in this match. Again, hard kick unable ignored by Mika.

With this victory, adding to the trophy back to Brazil U-20 World Cup. Brazil has become a champion recorded U-20 World Cup five times in the years 1983, 1985, 1993, 2003, and 2011.
