Riedl complained About PSSI to FIFA

JAC Sport, Jakarta - Ex Indonesia national team coach, Alfred Riedl, already had discussions with FIFA-related compensation contracts that have not been met PSSI. Austria coach was sacked by the PSSI early July, though still leaving a contract until May 6, 2012.

"Alfred had discussions with FIFA and reportedly in the weeks will be sent a letter to PSSI," said former Deputy Technical BTN, Arif Faith in Jakarta, Wednesday, August 10, 2011.

Previously Riedl and his assistant, Pikal Wolfgang had a discussion with PSSI at the Ritz Carlton, Jakarta, Thursday, July 28, 2011. Unfortunately, both sides have not reached common ground. According to Iman, Riedl will be present if needed.

'It was reported to FIFA about the conditions in Indonesia. The results of that FIFA will probably ask to PSSI, yes still about basic salary and the dismissal letter, "explained Faith.

Meanwhile, Riedl assistant, Wolfgang Pikal still reluctant to provide comments related to this issue. "Sorry can not talk now, next week I can talk (from August 10, 2011)," says Pikal via text messaging.

Riedl was sacked by the leadership PSSI Djohar Arifin on July 13, 2011. According to Djohar, the dismissal is for a refresher in the national team.

"It has been replaced managers and coaches are no longer Riedl. So we do not use Riedl. This is just for a refresher course," said Djohar at the time. The Riedl position was replaced Wim Rijbergen.

PSSI had argued Riedl dismissal because agreement not with the PSSI as an organization but by the individual. PSSI attitude then changed and then be willing to negotiate to discuss the issue of compensation. Unfortunately, no agreement obtained.
