Failed to Bring Pato, PSG Targeting Maicon

JAC Sport, Paris - After failing to bring Alexandre Pato from AC Milan, French club did not stop hunting the star player. This time the target is Inter Milan fullback, Douglas Maicon.

French media reports PSG have put forward a formal bid for the Brazilian defender.

"Leonardo is trying to build outstanding teams in Paris with Ancelotti, it is normal if they want Maicon," said Maicon agent, Roberto Calenda at Maxi Foot, Sunday, January 15, 2012. "I can also say that the PSG is at the forefront for bringing Maicon," he added.

Report reported that the club is based in the Parc des Princes was ready to bid for € 15juta (Rp172 billion) to get Maicon.


Previously, PSG came close to bringing Pato. PSG has reached an agreement with Milan, but Pato opted to stay at Milan. This makes the transfer process failed.
