Wenger: Henry Almost Sure to Arsenal

JAC Sport, London - Arsene Wenger sure Arsenal plan to sign Thierry Henry for two months. The Gunners stay requires an agreement with New York Red Bulls to borrow Henry.

Henry has been training with Arsenal's squad since last week to fill the vacuum gap Major League Soccer (MLS). And with the crisis experienced striker Arsenal, North London club are planning to borrow Henry for two months until March 2012.

Previously Wenger mum about plans to borrow Henry, but now the manager of the French go to vote. Wenger sure Arsenal tried to borrow Henry, but there is no agreement with the New York Red Bulls.

"For two months will definitely happen. I do not care about the agreement and the insurance because it has not finished. At present we can not announce anything, because the negotiations have not finished," Wenger said as quoted by The Sun.


"Borrowed two months is ideal. He (Henry) have experience and quality. He knows the club and will help players on and off the field. He is very talented and smart. Loan can be positive," he continued.

If successful borrow Henry for two months, then Arsenal will be with striker 34 years was the face of Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League. Henry is also likely to appear to face AC Milan in the first leg of the Champions League last 16.

If negotiations go smoothly with the New York Red Bulls, then Henry will start the first game with Arsenal to face Leeds United in the FA Cup third round, 9 January 2012.
