Children 13 Years Prosecute England Club and Winning

A child in the UK demanding his favorite club because they feel aggrieved. And he won the case.

A children 13-year-old from Middlesbrough to buy Championship club costume Divisions, Reading with Gylfi Sigurdsson name on his back. He bought a costume that costs £ 42 from the money for her birthday.

But, several months later, Reading selling the  Sigurdsson to the club German League (Bundesliga), Hoffenheim. The boy asked his father, James McGhee demanding Reading because it does not provide compensation or a refund of the purchase of a costume that has become 'obsolete' it. Step-child's father was won by the courts.

"McGhee had time to ask for compensation to Gylfi Sigurdsson but was rejected. McGhee then wrote to the club Reading to claim damages and rejected," said the Reading Post.

"Then, he filed a small claim to court, and he won. The court ordered Reading to pay McGhee £ 72, including the costs of the trial."

Of course, McGhee delighted with this result. But, the man who claimed to have 8 years to this Reading fan just wanted to give lessons and examples if one day it happened again.

"Make the other person residing in the same position and feel doubt, nothing wrong with doing something like this. No loss to do it. This shows the truth of the law that everything can be done as long as you feel being on the right," said McGhee.

A spokesman for Reading, Mortimer Craig McGhee calls should not proceed to trial. "We resigned because the court process should be held in Middlesbrough. We do not have much time to be there. "

Mortimer also mention that this case would not have happened if McGhee read the instructions and regulations of the purchase. "From the response so far most of the fans, they are very aware of the risks will be borne when buying a costume with the name of the player. If a player moves, the club did not have to bear the damages."

Indeed, in the arena of professional football, loyalty is not significant. So far, Liverpool fans did not sue in court after Fernando Torres moving to Chelsea.
