George & Arifin Not Escaped PSSI Verification

Normalization Committee does not approve the nomination of George Toisutta and Arifin Panigoro. File both of them did not even discussed in the verification process that was held on 27-29 April 2011 and then.

This was conveyed by Plt. PSSI Secretary General Joko Driyono when announcing the results of verification PSSI board candidates on Friday, April 30, 2011. The announcement was delivered at the office of PSSI, complex GBK Stadium, Senayan, Jakarta.

"Normalization Committee decided to reject and invalidate the nomination of the following names: George Toisutta, Arifin Panigoro, Nirwan Bakrie, and Joko Driyono," said Joko, who also is a member of the Normalisation Committee, in his press conference. "File them are not forwarded to the verification process prospective chairman, vice chairman, and members of PSSI EXCO in accordance with FIFA's instructions on 4 and 21 April."

George, Arifin, Nirwan, and Nurdin Halid, FIFA has decided to not to advance on the stock selection committee PSSI period 2011-2015. The consideration, because of their previous nomination have been annulled by the Appeal Committee.

However, supporters of George and Arifin continue to explore means to annul the FIFA decision. PSSI voters who are members of 78 groups even openly called for Normalization Committee does not comply with FIFA's instructions.

The verification announcement of prospective candidates attended by seven of the eight members of the Normalisation Committee. Normalization Committee Chairman Agum Gumelar directly lead this event. The only member who is absent Syamsul Asr (Persik).
