Mexico 2-0 Honduras

For the fifth time, Mexico and the United States will meet in the Concacaf Gold Cup final. The assurance was obtained after Mexico bend Honduran 2-0 in the semifinals at Reliant Stadium, Houston, Texas, Thursday, June 23, 2011 noon WIB.

The U.S. advance to the final step to make sure after beating Panama 1-0 through goals scored by Fulham player, Clint Dempsey, in the 76th minute.

Just like the U.S., Mexico must also struggled to grab tickets to the final. Because, Honduran gave a fierce resistance throughout the game. In fact, matches should be determined through an extra time after no goals in 90 minutes of the game.

New Mexico to score the opening goal in the 93rd minute through Jesus Aldo De Nigris after receiving feedback from Efrain Juarez. Six minutes later Manchester United's striker, Javier Hernandez, Mexico's successful double the advantage.

Previously, Mexico and the U.S. have met in the Gold Cup final in 1993, 1998, 2007, and 2009. Finally, Mexico successfully silenced the U.S., 5-0 in Gold Cup final of 2009.
