Singapore 5-3 Malaysia

Singapore must work hard when you meet Malaysia in the second round of World Cup Qualifying, Saturday, July 23, 2011. Fighting at home, Jalan Besar Stadium, Singapore was up before finally winning 5-3.

Host's goal has been broken in the first minute. Malaysia striker who last season played for Pelita Jaya, M Safee Sali brought his team ahead.

This goal was like a wake-up call for Singapore. They can then respond by scoring four consecutive goals that were created Aleksandar Duric (8), Qiu Li (21), M. Fahrudin (44) and Shi Jiayi (45). Score at halftime 4-1.

Malaysia does not necessarily give up. They can score two goals in two minutes. At minute 70, Abdul Hadi bin Yahya break Izwan Mahbud wicket. A minute later, Safee scored his second goal. Score so tight 4-3, still to Singapore.

At that point resistance Malaysia. They failed to equalize. Even Singapore could add one goal in 82 minutes by Aleksandar Duric.

On the second leg later, Malaysia should be able to win by a margin of two goals to qualify for the third round. While Singapore can go despite losing a goal.
