Madrid Fans Select Xabi For Replace Casillas

Xabi Alonso is likely to be a substitute goalkeeper Real Madrid, Iker Casillas holds captain. In a poll conducted by a leading Spanish media, Madrid midfielder is occupying the top position.

Jose Mourinho does have a plan to remove the armband that carried Casillas. Entrenador Portugal assesses the figure of the captain should be the player that freer than a goalkeeper. Therefore, a captain will be a spokesperson with the referee on the field.

Since the plan is sticking to the media, there are some names that are included in the candidate. But based on results of the poll a leading Spanish media based in Madrid, Marca, Xabi figure capable of winning away from other candidates.
